Purchasing conditions

The delivery period is 14 days within EU, 7 days within Sweden. The items will be sent to the address you filled in when ordering.

If you have not received your order within 14 days, you need to contact ICEHOTEL Shop. We are responsible for getting your order to you on time, undamaged. Should the items get lost or damaged when returning them to ICEHOTEL Shop, then you are responsible for compensating the goods.

Please note that we only deliver to countries within the European Union.

Freight charge
The freight charge, which is mandatory, is 180 SEK per order with in Sweden and 390 SEK with in the EU. 

Non-collected orders
For orders that have not been collected, the customer will be charged 390 SEK to cover the freight and administrative costs.

Order confirmation
An order confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Therefore it is important that you fill in a correct e-mail address. Save the confirmation letter (or booking confirmation) in case you might need to contact us, your booking number will help us follow up your order. 

Please use PayPal where you can choose to pay via PayPal or use your credit cart to pay via PayPal.

We do not accept any kind of gift certificate on ICEHOTEL Shop online.

Sales tax
Sales tax, or value added tax (VAT), is included in the price.

When you have received your order and find that there’s something wrong with it; damaged or any kind of error or you have changed you mind regarding your order – you have to contact ICEHOTEL Shop within 14 days from the day you made your order. We need to know why you have regretted the purchase or what the damage is. Keep you order confirmation at hand so that we can easily trace your order. We will provide you with a return address.

The return freight is always paid by the customer. If the item is in essentially unchanged condition, you will be fully refunded – except for the return freight.

It is your responsibility that the item/s and their original packaging are returned to us in an unchanged condition. Make sure that the item/s are well wrapped up. If something should happen to the item/s even though well packaged, the post office is liable in damages. Before approving your return, we need the check the item/s. When approved, you will be repaid with exception for the freight cost. If the returned goods are not to our satisfaction, you will be charged for the item/s and freight.

Privacy policy
The personal data you submit on the ICEHOTEL website will be treated with the utmost care and respect. We handle personal data submitted to us in accordance with what is laid down in the Swedish acts of personal data (personuppgiftslagen SFS 1998:204) and electronic communication (lagen om electronisk kommunikation SFS 2003:389). Personal data includes your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. 

Product information
ICEHOTEL Shop reserves the right to change their prices without any previous notice. Photos and descriptions of products reflect the actual item as good as possible but we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely accurate, factual errors can occur. If there are any errors in product descriptions, photos or prices, ICEHOTEL Shop can change these without prior notice.

Force Majeure
Force majeure means unusual, unpredictable and unavoidable events that are outside of the organizers control, and that prevents the contract to be fulfilled. Circumstances that the organizer could not, within reasonable means, have foreseen and therefore could not have avoided or overcome. Including, but not restricted to, war, threat of war, riot, civilian insubordination or strike, authority measure, act of terrorism, nature- or industrial catastrophe, fire, severe weather conditions, flood, closed air ports, technical issues, maintenance issues or unforeseen changes made by airlines, such as time table changes, interruption in IT-infrastructure (including but not restricted to our web site). During these conditions the organizer is free from liability or other consequences.

Purches via ICEHOTEL Shop are regulated by Distansavtalslagen (Swedish Distance Contracts Act) and Konsumentköplagen (Consumer service act). If the customer and ICEHOTEL Shop cannot come to an agreement, you may turn to appropriate authority in your country for assistance.
